We only accept vintage handbags and accessories (1980 to 2005) from luxury brands.
Items must be:

No item will be evaluated in-store without prior approval.

Only pre-approved items may be deposited in-store.
Le Petit Couture reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet its selection criteria.
1. Commission and payment
Le Petit Couture takes a commission of 30% of the selling price, plus applicable taxes on the commission. The balance is paid to the Depositor by bank transfer once the transaction is completed. Taxes collected from the buyer are retained and remitted to the tax authorities by Le Petit Couture.
Example:
Selling price: $1000
Commission (30%): $300
Taxes on the commission (14.975%): $44.93
Total commission: $344.93
Amount paid to the Depositor: $655.07
2. Selling price
The selling price is established in agreement with the Depositor. Le Petit Couture may recommend a price based on the condition, brand, and current market. After 60 days, a reevaluation of the pricing strategy may be proposed.
3. Duration of the consignment
The consignment is valid for a duration of 90 days from the date of deposit. At the end of this period, Le Petit Couture will communicate with the Depositor to discuss the strategy or plan the retrieval of the items.
4. Authenticity of items
The consignor guarantees that the items are authentic, legally acquired, and free from any dispute. Invoices, certificates of authenticity, or original packaging must be provided when available.
In the absence of sufficient evidence, Le Petit Couture reserves the right to have the item authenticated by a specialized service. The authentication fees, estimated at around $40, will be deducted from the sale amount or the sums owed to the consignor.
Le Petit Couture also reserves the right to refuse or withdraw from sale any item whose authenticity cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
5. Liability
Le Petit Couture takes care of the entrusted items. However, the company cannot be held responsible for losses or damages caused by theft, an incident, or any situation beyond its reasonable control.
