DELIVERY - PICKUP

DELIVERY

Postal delivery is available everywhere in Quebec and Canada at a fixed price of $ 10 or free with the purchase of $ 100 or more. 

Signature mail-in delivery is also available at a cost of $ 12. This option is the safest and also the only way to obtain a refund from the delivery service. I strongly urge you to invest that extra $ 2 if you don't trust anyone in this world anymore. 

Your package will be prepared and processed within 5 working days of ordering. Delivery is then made by the passionate Goblins of Purolator, until I invest in a private jet.

When the order is in Purolator's hands, you will receive an email or text message with the tracking number that will allow you to track your package. In general, this number is active 24 hours after receipt of it. 

Certain treasures are not eligible for mail delivery due to their weight and size, such as oversized furniture and items. The pickup option will automatically appear in this situation. 

 * Don't take the leap, orders are sometimes packaged with recycled material.

 

PICKING 

The pick-up service is free. When you select this option during a transaction, the purchase must be picked up within 10 business days of the invoice date. Since I am passionate about finding and sourcing new finds, I need to keep some space available for new things. As the saying goes: One party, 10 found!

If you don't want wrapping, now is the time to name it. Don't forget to bring your reusable bag.

 

RETURN POLICY

As each treasure is unique, unfortunately I cannot replace it. If an item contains breakage or defects, these are identified in each of the product sheets. Prices are set according to the quality and condition of each item. In addition, treasures are checked, cleaned and repaired as needed. All sales are therefore final. 

In the event of an error on my part on your order, the item as well as the delivery costs will be refunded, with proof of said error.
